User Administration

If you have Admin privileges, the User Administration page lets you create and manage users. You can update their personal details, user profile, and set trade limits to restrict the value of transactions they can authorize.

In the toolbar, under Admin, click User Administration.

Searching for a User

Enter any sequence of characters (letters, numbers, or both) in the First Name, Last Name, or Username fields to locate matching users. The more characters you enter, the more refined the search results. If applicable, choose an Affiliate from the dropdown. Check the Include Deactivated Users box to include deactivated users in your search results.

Click the Search icon search icon to display results.

Note: If the user you are searching for belongs to a division or affiliate, the affiliate name is displayed under the user's name. If you click the user's name or choose the Edit option, it will open a new browser window, where you can operate on behalf of the associated affiliate or division.

Exporting User Details

Click the CSV icon to export the user details. The file will be saved as user_admin_exportYYYYMMDD.csv and will include the following information:

  • Name
  • Client Name
  • User Name
  • User profile
  • Affiliate User Profile (if applicable)
  • Daily Trade Limit
  • Per-trade Entry Limit
  • Email Address
  • Last Login (date and time)

Reordering the User List

By default, the user list in the table is sorted alphabetically by the beneficiary name. Click any column header - Name, User Name, User Profile, Email Address, or Last Login to sort the list in either ascending (A to Z) or descending (Z to A) order.

Note: Clicking a column heading will reorder the list and override any previous sort applied.
